1. Registration is required.<\/strong>
\n\u2013 Advance registration is required to participate in the workshops. Seating is limited, so be sure to book in advance to secure your spot.
\n\u2013 Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the necessary details.<\/p>\n

2. Keep to the schedule<\/strong>
\n\u2013 Workshops start promptly at the scheduled time. We ask that you arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the start of the session so that you can settle in and begin on time.
\n\u2013 In the event of late arrival, access to the workshop may be refused for reasons of safety and good organisation.<\/p>\n

3. Materials and supplies<\/strong>
\n\u2013 The necessary materials are generally provided during the workshops. We advise you to check the details of each workshop to find out if any specific materials are recommended or need to be purchased.
\n\u2013 If you require advice on choosing your equipment before the workshop, please do not hesitate to contact us.<\/p>\n

4. Respectful behaviour<\/strong>
\n\u2013 We encourage a friendly and respectful environment. Please respect other participants and the course instructor. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in exclusion from the workshop.
\n\u2013 In the event of conflict or disagreement, we ask that you resolve the situation amicably and, if necessary, discuss it with the instructor after the workshop.<\/p>\n

5. Cancellation and refunds<\/strong>
\n\u2013 Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the workshop to allow for another registration. After this deadline, no refunds will be made, except in cases of unforeseen circumstances (medical certificate, etc.).
\n\u2013 If you are unable to attend the workshop, we encourage you to let us know as soon as possible so that someone else can participate and you can reschedule your participation for another available date.<\/p>\n

6. Attendance and active participation<\/strong>
\n\u2013 It is important to participate actively in the workshop in order to get the most out of it. Each workshop has specific learning objectives, and we encourage you to ask questions, interact with other participants, and get involved in the proposed project.
\n\u2013 If you have any specific requirements, please do not hesitate to inform the instructor before the workshop so that we can accommodate them as best as possible.<\/p>\n

7. Photographs and media<\/strong>
\n\u2013 Photographs may be taken during workshops to document the event and promote our activities. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform us before the workshop begins.
\n\u2013 Photographs taken during the workshop may be published on our social media accounts or website, unless you explicitly request not to be featured in these images.<\/p>\n

8. Safety<\/strong>
\n\u2013 We ensure that all safety conditions are met during the workshop. However, it is essential that each participant exercise caution when using embroidery tools (needles, scissors, etc.).
\n\u2013 In the event of a minor accident, the facilitator will take the necessary measures. In the event of a serious accident, an emergency number will be provided at the beginning of each workshop.<\/p>\n

9. Respecting the workspace<\/strong>
\n\u2013 Please respect the workspace and keep your tools and materials tidy. An organised environment promotes creativity and concentration for all participants.
\n\u2013 Workshops take place in a shared space. Please leave the premises clean and tidy and put away your belongings at the end of each session.<\/p>\n

10. Payment terms and conditions<\/strong>
\n\u2013 Payment for the workshop is made at the time of registration, online via our secure platform.
